Cancelled orders / Refunds:

All of my products are made to order, for this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item or your item is damaged, please email me so that I can work with you to replace it.


Domestic Shipping: 

Please allow up to 10 days before receiving shipment fulfillment email (it usually takes around 2-5 days)

International Shipping
You are responsible for being aware of your own country's customs policy, as they differ greatly from country to country. You will be responsible for paying for any customs costs associated with the shipment of your item.

PLEASE be careful to enter the correct shipping information to avoid delays or lost packages. Contact us immediately if you notice you have entered an incorrect address.

Once your package has been shipped with tracking I am no longer responsible for it. I am not responsible for replacing an item sent to you if you have entered an incorrect or invalid address. I am not responsible if a package is marked as delivered but it is not there, in this case, it is best for you to file a claim with USPS/UPS/DHL as the receiver of the package. If a package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible to pay to reship it.

Products shipped to the USA will most likely be sent through USPS. Shipping carriers for international orders may vary. Shipping times may vary and there can be unexpected delays. 

Please note that orders with multiple items are usually shipped together, but this is not guaranteed. Some items within one order may be printed and shipped from different locations.
